4x4 Post Anchor - All Hardware Included Package - w/ Black and Galvanized Fasteners
$18.79
Use with 4x4 wood posts on decks, stairs, patios, concrete or any other hard surfaces.
A 1.25" dia. hole saw (1-7/8" inside depth) is required to prepare post with a circular pilot cut to guide cutting edge of tube which is then driven into anchor as shown in installation video.
If intended to be used with composite and hard wood posts different installation techniques apply. Hot dip galvanized and powder coated for superior performance.
The average load rating for a single unsupported 42" post (tested using pressure treated pine) is 337 lbs. See Intertek testing report here.
Check out the installation instructions or watch the video.
