Our RailStrong rail connectors give you a clean looking rail to post connection with the added strength of a rigid hollow tube inside the 2x4 rail along side fasteners.

You can use our 2x4 center guide to quickly locate the center of your 2x4 and plunge the hole saw to a depth of about 1-1/4” - just short of the length of the tube on the RailStrong connector. Tap set the tube into the end of the post and finish up with two screws.

Posts should be oriented at the 45 degree corner of the deck so that they bisect the 45 degree angle. Each post face forms a 22.5 degree angle to the other opposing run of railing section.

Hot dip galvanized and black powder coated finished for superior longevity and compatible with ACQ lumber. Uses the same innovative tube technology concept as our post anchor.
