These seem to be working great. I used these on a roof deck through an EPDM roof and so far so good. The posts and subsequent rails are very sturdy. Installation is simple. Thanks |

| Facing a difficult install for custom fencing atop a low CMU wall, this anchor, plus stainless steel rod was the perfect solution. The SS anchor has a longer shaft than the regular base, requiring both the 1 1/4" hole saw, and counter boring with a Forstner bit similar to hardwood installation. The real magic, however is that the hollow base shaft allows the post to be drilled for addition anchoring with a stainless steel rod. We installed a 1/2" SS rod into the post approximately 10", and bored matching hole into the CMU wall. Using SET epoxy in the concrete, and polyurethane cement into the post, we completed the install - rock solid. In Hawaii, located on a waterway to the bay, stainless steel is essential for all exterior construction. This post anchor base is the best we found*****. | ||||
